2. Ordering goods and services from us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods or services. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery and any other relevant details for your order e.g. an optional gift message for gift cards, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order.
We do not supply trade quantities and reserve the right to limit the number of an item customers can purchase in a single transaction.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that your order has been accepted and you may not cancel it.
We will take payment from you when we accept your order.
3. Refusing or cancelling orders
In the unlikely event that the goods or services ordered are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.
While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

5. Pricing
All prices listed on www.shapestudio.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices on our websites at any time for any reason.
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges which may be payable in relation to an order. If the product has a plane beside the delivery lead time it is sourced from an overseas supplier. The customer may be liable to pay these taxes if they purchase a product or products from our site that are imported from an overseas supplier where their single order exceeds the New Zealand low value GST threshold.
6. Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using Shopify Payment Portal protocol.
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.
7. Delivery and Delivery Charges
We only deliver within New Zealand. We offer a blanket standard shipping rate of $6.50. Orders over $250 receive free shipping.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days following the steps outlined in our return policy.

Other than connecting to our shapestudio.co.nz website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to Shape Studio Ltd website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our websites or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way.

17. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless specified by Shape Studio Ltd. They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or certificates can be issued for unused differences. The actual gift voucher must presented in store for validation. Shape Studio Ltd are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
Promotions are offered for a period of time at the discretion of Shape Studio Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse discounted services if a person enquires outside the promotional dates. Discount Codes/ discounts will only be redeemable for the time frame stated.
Gift Vouchers, discounts or promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
18. Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy
Life is hectic, and sometimes you may need to change your booking, but we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments so that we can offer that time slot to another client who may be on a waiting list.
If you can’t give 48 hours’ notice and have to reschedule or cancel your appointment at short notice, you have 2 options:
- Send a friend or family member in your place
- Pay a late notification fee of 15% of the booking/ lose your 15% pre-paid deposit
19. Deposits
Deposits are required to secure your appointment with Shape Studio and are non-refundable.
In the event you need to cancel your appointment completely, provided you cancel a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment, your pre-paid deposit will revert to an account credit. You can use this credit toward any of our goods or services.
19. No Show Fee
All appointments require a credit card to hold the appointment, and is stored securely on your account with us.
If you do not show for your appointment without reasonable effort to notify us, you will automatically lose your pre-paid deposit, or be deducted 15% of the appointment cost from the nominated card stored on your account.
